Shipment Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the payment. Then the order will be shipped with the courier service. The shipping time in the UAE is within 3 working days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipment
We currently ship within the UAE only.
Delivery fee will be a flat rate of AED 17 and free for all orders above AED 250.
Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Damages
BU is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
